We are committed to promoting employment opportunities by establishing and operating educational institutions including schools, colleges, technical training institutes, vocational centers, IT institutes, and software houses. Our programs are designed to equip individuals with practical, industry-relevant skills that meet modern market demands. We offer training in emerging and high-demand fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Digital Marketing, Freelancing, Graphic Design, and other digital technologies. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, we aim to prepare students for both local and international job markets, enabling them to achieve financial independence and long-term career growth. We also extend our educational initiatives to underserved communities, including prisons, orphanages, and shelter homes, ensuring that marginalized individuals are not left behind. Our goal is to promote equality, dignity, and social justice at every level of society.
Our organization actively works to raise awareness about fundamental human rights through seminars, workshops, awareness campaigns, and community engagement programs. We strive to educate individuals about their basic rights, responsibilities, and legal protections to build a more informed and just society. We provide legal guidance and support to underprivileged individuals and victims of human rights violations who may not have access to proper legal resources. Our services include basic legal awareness, consultation, and assistance in connecting individuals with relevant legal professionals and institutions. By helping individuals understand their rights and navigate legal processes, we aim to ensure fair treatment and access to justice for all members of society, especially those who are most vulnerable.
We believe that youth are the driving force of a nation’s progress. Our youth empowerment programs focus on career counseling, professional training, internships, mentorship, and job placement support. We help young individuals identify their strengths, choose suitable career paths, and develop the skills required to succeed in competitive environments. Through continuous guidance and skill-building opportunities, we aim to reduce unemployment, boost confidence, and enable youth to become productive members of society.
We are dedicated to empowering women and vulnerable groups by providing access to education, skill development programs, and employment opportunities. Our training initiatives include beautician courses, dress designing, and other vocational skills that enable women to become financially independent. In addition, we aim to establish and support welfare initiatives such as shelter homes, rehabilitation centers, and community support programs to protect and uplift disadvantaged individuals. Our mission is to promote gender equality, social inclusion, and economic empowerment.
Our social welfare initiatives are designed to improve the overall well-being of communities by addressing key issues such as education, health awareness, and poverty alleviation. We organize community programs, support services, and outreach activities to assist underprivileged individuals and families. Our Institutes & Commitment to Skill Development
E-Complex Technical Institute and E-Rozgar Institute are operating under the umbrella of Rozgar & Human Rights Foundation and are duly registered with relevant government authorities.
At E-Complex Technical Institute, hundreds of students receive free technical education every year under programs of the National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board.
Similarly, at E-Rozgar Institute, the first batch of free courses is currently in progress under the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Human Resource Research & Development Board, providing valuable learning opportunities to youth.
To further strengthen this mission and equip the younger generation with practical skills for employment, the Rozgar & Human Rights Foundation has been established.
Our vision is to expand across Pakistan by establishing institutes in every district, enabling both youth and women to gain skills, become self-reliant, and build a better future.
